Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the email box you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
